How does the parent-subsidiary hierarchy work?
When you create a Parent company, you can add Subsidiary companies under it. The Super Admin gets read-only access across all subsidiaries for consolidated reporting. Each subsidiary maintains its own leases, settings, and admin users independently.
Which currencies are supported?
ZapLease supports 9 currencies: INR (Indian Rupee), USD (US Dollar), EUR (Euro), GBP (British Pound), AED (UAE Dirham), SAR (Saudi Riyal), SGD (Singapore Dollar), AUD (Australian Dollar), and JPY (Japanese Yen). Each company selects its operating currency during setup.
Does ZapLease support Indian numbering format?
Yes. When the company currency is set to INR, all amounts are displayed in the Indian numbering system (lakhs and crores) — for example, ₹12,50,000 instead of ₹1,250,000. This applies throughout the dashboard, reports, and schedules.
Can a user belong to multiple companies?
Users are assigned to specific company entities. A Company Admin manages one entity, while the Super Admin has cross-company visibility. The company switcher in the navigation allows users with multiple assignments to switch between entities.
